Changing life style and pollution damage our hair. Hair fall, bald patches and grey hair in young age have become a common problem.
People are facing the problem grey hair at a very young age. You can apply hair colour or dye but these are temporary solutions.
Here are some tips that can help you keep grey away:
- Do shirshasan daily (under supervision)
- Consume triphala powder everyday before going to sleep
- Eat a lot of salad and fruits
- Take a 3-4km morning walk everyday.
- Drink a lot of water. Avoid tea and coffee
- Stay away from stress. Stay calm and meditate everyday.
